“I will never leave you” (Hebrews 13:5)

God is not a respecter of persons (Colossians 3:25, Ephesians 6:9, Romans 2:11, 2 Chronicles 19:7). As the Apostle Peter said, “God shows no partiality. But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him” (Acts 10:34-36). Whatever God has done for one saint, He’ll do for another. He offers salvation to everyone. “‘Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters ... Without money and without price ... Incline your ear, and come to Me. Hear, and your soul shall live ... Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord, And He will have mercy on him” (Isaiah 55:1-7).

God’s covenant is for everyone who repents. He tells you, “Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:8). God never stops taking care of His people. “The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him” (2 Chronicles 16:9).

“What then shall we say to these things? If, God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:31-32). Put simply, there’s nothing you can want, nothing you can ask for, nothing you can need now or ever, nothing living or dying, nothing in Heaven or Earth, today and unto eternity, which isn’t contained in this text—"I will never leave you".
